Using client groups
Group clients by anything (tag, status, last session) and target them.

A client group is a saved filter. Once you save it, you can use it as an automation trigger or a campaign audience.
Examples - "New enquiries with no session in 30 days" - "Active clients tagged 'postural'" - "Package expires in 14 days"
Manage them in Settings → Client groups.
