- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. Solo is free forever for up to 25 active clients. No credit card required.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings — you keep access until the end of your billing period.
- What's the done-for-you setup?
- An optional NZ$297 one-time service where we set up your ClientWell workspace for you in about five business days. It's opt-in at signup — most people don't need it.
- Do you handle sales tax / GST?
- For NZ we currently calculate tax on Stripe checkout. Managed billing is rolling out to more regions.
- Where is my data stored?
- Data is stored on secure infrastructure with row-level security. You can export or delete anytime.
