Most of my clients come in with something that has been niggling for months — a shoulder that will not settle, sleep that never quite lands, energy that runs out by three. We start by working out what is actually going on, then we do one thing at a time.
You will see me every visit. No handing you around, no packages you did not ask for.

Prices include GST. Payment is taken when you book, and you can move an appointment up to 24 hours before.

Your history, what is bothering you, and a plan written down in plain words before you leave.

Remedial massage
$110 · 60 min
Hands-on work for tight shoulders, sore backs and everything that comes from sitting all day.

Follow-up
$80 · 30 min
A check-in to see how you are tracking and adjust what is not working.
