This page is maintained by ClientWell to answer common privacy questions about the app. It is not a legal certification or a substitute for professional advice.

ClientWell ("we", "us") is a practice-management platform for wellness practitioners. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account data (name, email) when you sign up.
• Practice data (clients, sessions, notes) you enter into your workspace.
• Usage analytics to improve the product.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the service. We never sell your data. Client data is scoped to your workspace and protected by row-level security.

Session recordings

We may record short screen sessions inside your practitioner workspace to find and fix friction. This is optional, opt-in, and controlled by you.

• All typed content (client names, emails, notes, messages) is masked automatically.
• All on-screen text and images appear as blurred placeholders.
• Recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• You can turn recordings off any time in Settings → Account → Help improve ClientWell.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers (hosting, payments via Stripe, email delivery, AI features, and analytics). Each is bound by their own privacy terms. Our platform provider is Lovable.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. Contact us at hello@myclientwell.com for data requests.
