“I didn’t set out to build a tech company. I set out to fix something I saw every day in the natural health space.”
People struggling to find the right type of holistic care, and natural health professionals struggling to be found online. Having worked in the space as a holistic fitness coach and Yin breathworker, I’ve watched many talented practitioners burn out trying to manage websites, bookings and DIY marketing when they’d rather be helping clients.
The intention has always been to build a platform that simplifies the business side — so you can have a greater impact on those who need it and do what matters the most.

Behind the Technology
ClientWell was built to remove the daily technical friction that eats into a health practitioner's time and energy. The platform was originally conceptualised by Jonathan Lee, a longstanding natural health advocate, digital strategist, and past Executive Board Member of Natural Health Practitioners New Zealand (NHPNZ).
Today, ClientWell operates as part of a specialised portfolio of three software platforms dedicated entirely to advancing the digital capabilities of the natural health industry. Backed by Jonathan's product direction, our daily maintenance, security architecture, and system expansions are handled by a distributed team of elite technical specialists and software engineers.
This modern studio infrastructure lets us deliver enterprise-grade practice management tools without the bloated corporate overhead — passing those direct savings straight back to our practitioners.
