An automation is: when [trigger] happens, wait [delay], then do [action].
Common recipes - New enquiry → wait 5 min → send welcome email. - Session completed → wait 1 day → ask for a review. - Package sessions_remaining ≤ 1 → send renewal nudge.
Create these in Settings → Automations. Test with your own email first.
