Session packages and Stripe
How package deduction works and where payments go.

A package is a prepaid bundle of sessions. When you mark a session completed, one session is deducted from the client's active package.
Setting up 1. Connect Stripe in Settings → Payments. 2. Create a package under Settings → Programs. 3. Sell it from the client page.
Tax is calculated automatically for NZ.
FAQ
- What if I mark a session completed by mistake?
- Revert it to Scheduled from the session detail page and the deduction reverses.
- Can I refund a package?
- Refund in Stripe; the package stays as-is until you manually adjust it.
