Before day one
We set up one practitioner: profile, services, prices, hours, clients and their own booking link. ACC details are checked with a real invoice.

Week 1
New online bookings and Sage enquiries start coming through. We check in on day 2 and day 5.

Reminders, after-visit care messages and Google review requests switch on for their clients.

Week 3
ACC invoices and payments run through ClientWell, and one rebook message goes to lapsed clients.

Week 4
We go through the results together. You choose: move the whole clinic, keep just that practitioner, or leave and take your data.
